  • Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

    We highly recommend booking an appointment and consultation in advance to ensure we can accommodate your preferred date and time. Your time is important to us and it’s vital that you consider how much time a stylist may need to achieve your goals.

  • How long will the service take?

    Service duration varies based on the specific service you choose. All of our services on the website and our EdithLex Studio App have a rough estimate of how long they would take. Otherwise book a consultation or contact us to learn more about what it is you are looking for.

  • What products do you use?

    We use high-quality professional products from trusted brands to ensure the best results for your hair. We’re happy to discuss specific products used during your appointment.

  • Can you recommend a hairstyle that suits me?

    Absolutely! Our stylists are trained to assess your face shae, hair textue, and personal style o recommend a hairstyle tat complimentsyour features nd lifestyle.

  • How can I maintain my hairstyle/color at home?

    We’ll provide you with expert tips and product recommendations to help maintain your hairstyle/color/ between salon visits. Proper at-home care is crucial for preserving your look.

  • Do you have any specials or promotions?

    We occasionally run promotions and specials. Be sure to check our website, sign up for emails or follow us on social media for updates on any current deals or discounts.

  • What should i do to prepare for my appointment?

    Depending onthe service you’re receiving, we may recommend certain preparations such as washing your hirbeforehand o avoiding heavy styling products We’ll provide specific isructions when yu book your appointment.

  • What if i'm not satisfied with the end result?

    Your satisfaction i our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your service, please don’t hesitate to let us know before leaving the salon, and we’ll do our best to make it right for you.

Terms of service

  • deposits

    Deposits are charged the rate of an hour of the service booked. They are due when booking or the day of the appointment on the morning of the service. The deposit and consultation fee will go towards your appointment total.

  • Rescheduling

    We understand that some things in life JUST happen. Our goal is to accommodate your needs which is why we allow rescheduling. We offer one complimentary reschedule while keeping your deposit within 24 hours of the set appointment. Any rescheduling needs after 48 hours after initial appointment will be charged a booking fee set as one hour of the stylist’s rate. Rescheduling after 72 hours of the initial appointment will be charged a booking fee set as one hour of the stylist’s hourly rate plus an additional fee of 50% of said hourly rate.

  • No Show

    We are very serious about our art and time. No shows are liable to no refund of your deposit. Please be mindful of others scheduling appointments and your stylists as well. We care about our client relationships, and we hesitate to lose your appointment with us.

  • Kids Aged 5 and under are not allowed

    Our Salon does not meet needs of kids who are aged 5 years and younger. Please make necessary arrangements before entering EdithLex Salon for your appointment.

  • Allergic Reactions

    We are not responsible for any reactions you may have during your service. It is vital for your health to book a consultation with our stylists before an appointment to ensure your safety. We will discuss all necessary matters if you have never had any chemicals touch your hair before. Be sure to advise your stylist of any concerns.

  • Hair Damage

    We are not responsible for the integrity of your hair. There are many factors that affect the health of your hair. Diet, exercise, nutrients and vitamins and biology all play a role in how strong your hair may be. As long as communication is kept with your stylist and recommendations are taken seriously, you should not expect any damage. We are not liable for any damage done if said advice was followed.
